1 kg of homemade bread: I taught all my friends how to make soft bread

 

Have you always dreamed of baking homemade bread, but found it difficult? With this easy recipe, you'll have a 1 kg loaf, soft inside, with a golden crust and an irresistible aroma, in less than 2 hours. No need to go to a restaurant or the local bakery. Recipe ingredients:
600 ml lukewarm water,
1 kg sifted all-purpose flour (divided into 2 parts),
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast,
3 tablespoons vegetable oil,
1 tablespoon sugar
, 1 teaspoon salt.
Yeast activation



In a large bowl, mix the lukewarm water, sugar, and dry yeast. Stir well until the yeast is completely dissolved.

Preparing the dough:
Next, add the oil and half of the sifted flour. Mix well until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.

Incorporating the flour and salt:
Next, add the remaining flour and salt. Mix until the dough begins to come together.

Kneading:
Next, transfer the dough to a floured work surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Adjust the texture by adding a little flour if necessary.




First rest of the dough.
Then, put the dough back in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and a clean tea towel. Let it rest for about 30 minutes in a warm place until it has doubled in volume.

Folding the dough
: Next, moisten your fingers, turn the dough over, and fold the edges towards the center. Turn the dough over again, cover it, and let it rest for another hour.

Shaping
: Next, remove the dough from the bowl, knead it lightly, and form it into a ball. Let it rest for 20 minutes under plastic wrap. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, then roll it up like a log to form a loaf.
