Triple Crust Peach Cobbler
Nothing says comfort like a warm, homemade peach cobbler straight from Grandma’s kitchen.
This decadent dessert features juicy peaches layered between three flaky, buttery crusts and infused with warm spices and a hint of citrus. It’s the perfect sweet treat for gatherings, holidays, or anytime you crave a taste of home.
Ingredients:

| Cold water | 1 cup (divided into thirds) |
| Sugar | 1 ½ cups |
| Melted butter or ghee | ¾ cup |
| Ground nutmeg | 2 teaspoons |
| Ground cinnamon | 2 teaspoons |
| Vanilla extract | 2 teaspoons |
| Lemon extract | 2 small spoons |
| Chopped peaches in syrup (undrained) | 2 cans (29 oz each) |

1. Preheat Oven & Prepare First Crust Layer
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine 1 package of pie crust mix with ⅓ cup cold water until a dough ball forms.
Flatten dough into a rectangle approx. 11×8 inches.
Cut into 4 strips, each about 11 inches long and 2 inches wide.
Place strips on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 17 minutes or until golden. Set aside to cool.
2. Prepare Second Crust Layer
Mix 1 package of pie crust mix with ⅓ cup cold water until a dough ball forms.
Flatten and shape the dough to fit the bottom and sides of a 13×9×2-inch ungreased baking dish.
Press dough evenly into the dish and set aside.
3. Prepare Peach Filling
In a large bowl, mix:
1½ cups sugar
¾ cup melted butter or ghee
2 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 small spoons lemon extract
2 cans chopped peaches in syrup (undrained)
Stir well until fully combined.
4. Assemble Cobbler – First Layer
Pour half of the peach filling into the crust-lined baking dish.
Arrange the 4 baked pastry strips on top of the peach mixture.
5. Assemble Cobbler – Second Layer
Pour the remaining peach filling over the pastry strips.

Mix the final 1 package of pie crust mix with ⅓ cup cold water until dough forms.
Flatten to fit over the top of the dish.
Cut small slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
Carefully place on top of the peach layer and seal edges to the dish.
7. Bake
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour, or until the top crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
8. Cool & Serve
Let cool slightly before serving.
Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
Serving Tip:
Pair warm cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
