Ingredients
240 g 0% Greek yogurt

50 g fresh strawberries

50 ml egg white

15 g cornstarch

10 g stevia sweetener (or 20 g erythritol)

1 whole egg

120 ml water

1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (for greasing the molds)


Step by Step

Crack the egg into a large bowl. Add the egg white, Greek yogurt, sweetener (stevia or erythritol), and cornstarch.

• Mix vigorously with a whisk until you have a smooth, even paste.

• Lightly grease two ceramic molds with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.

• Pour the batter into the two molds, making sure to distribute it evenly.
