Keep this recipe safe, it’s a real treasure. I sent it to everyone who greeted me.

 

Ingredients:
250 ml milk
250 ml flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon oil
Vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt

Step 2: Sift the flour and salt into a separate bowl.

Step 3: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Step 4: Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

Step 5: Heat a pan with a little oil and pour in the batter until the bottom is well coated.

Step 6: When the pancake easily releases from the pan, flip it and cook the other side until golden brown.

Step 7: Repeat with the remaining batter.

Step 8: Top with dulce de leche, jam, cream, etc.
