Sweet Maiden

 

Ingredients:

395g of condensed milk

200g of cream

200ml of coconut milk

1 cup of powdered milk

Neutral gelatin powder (12 g)

5 tablespoons of water (to hydrate the gelatin)

Shredded coconut for decoration (optional)




Preparation:

1. Hydrate the gelatin with the water in a small bowl and microwave it for 15 seconds to dissolve.

2. In the blender, add the condensed milk, cream, coconut milk, and powdered milk. Blend for 2 minutes until the mixture is very creamy.

3. Add the dissolved gelatin and beat for a few more seconds to integrate it well.

4. Pour the mixture into a large mold or individual cups.

5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.

6. Garnish with shredded coconut on top if desired.

An easy, quick and delicious dessert, ideal for any occasion.
