Ingredients
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon dill
1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2-3 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons coarse salt
Cold water
1 chili pepper per 1.5 kg lemon
Lemon, salt and bay leaf
First, wash the lemons you want to preserve in jars;
then, pat them dry with paper towels.
Slice the lemons and remove the stones;
cut the chili pepper into thin slices;
