That’s where my beloved Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs come to the rescue! These tasty treasures are not only simple to prepare but also a crowd-pleaser that makes my family jump for joy. Just imagine seasoned ground beef and gooey mozzarella nestled perfectly in buttery biscuit dough. They’re perfect for a weeknight meal or when friends pop over. Trust me, these bombs are sure to impress your loved ones while keeping your stress levels in check!

1 lb ground beef
1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir well.
Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
