16 early signs that cancer is growing in your body

Difficulty breathing or wheezing: These symptoms are usually associated with asthma or other health problems, but they can also indicate lung cancer.
Frequent infections or recurring fevers: Some forms of leukemia weaken the body’s defenses, leading to more frequent infections.
Constant fatigue: This is a common symptom. However, if it doesn’t go away and has no apparent cause, it’s best to consult a doctor.
Instant feeling of satiety: Feeling full after just a few bites may be related to ovarian cancer.
Difficulty swallowing: This could indicate throat cancer or even lung cancer.
Some signs are more specific and visible, but are often explained by a simple and temporary imbalance.

Blood in the rectum or blood in the stool: a warning sign of colon cancer.
Swelling of the neck, armpits, and groin: Enlarged lymph nodes may indicate a dysfunction of the lymphatic system.
Bruising or abnormal bleeding: This is sometimes associated with a decrease in platelet count in some types of blood cancer.
Persistent swelling : Especially in women, this may indicate ovarian cancer.
Unexplained weight loss: Often associated with cancer of the digestive system or liver.
Pains that cannot be ignored

Pain is a powerful form of body language. But if the problem persists without a clear cause, it requires special attention.
Pain in the back or right side: A possible symptom of liver cancer or metastatic breast cancer.
Pelvic pain : A common symptom of ovarian cancer or enlarged spleen in some types of leukemia.
Recurrent abdominal pain: Persistent abdominal pain can be a symptom of colon cancer.
Chronic cough or chest pain: If this lasts for more than three weeks, it could be a symptom of lung cancer.
