Save the article – the result will be visible!
Each of us has our own eating habits and taboos: some give up bread to avoid extra calories, others pretend not to notice sweets. Then the holidays come and the rules of a healthy menu fly out the window – after all, sometimes the stomach deserves a break too. And once the holidays are over, we wonder how to get rid of flabby, unsightly thighs or firm up our buttocks…
We suggest you try the egg diet .
How it works
This diet is balanced and safe: it contains enough calories to avoid hunger. It consists of eggs, vegetables, and fruits, in sufficient quantities for an active and healthy life. This diet is without artifice: you will neither feel exhausted nor half-starved.
Key factor – water balance
The human body is made up of approximately 70% water. It is therefore important to stay well hydrated : at least 8 glasses (approximately 1.5 liters) of pure water per day. Often, feeling hungry is simply a sign of dehydration, especially in winter, when we prefer hot tea or coffee.
What result to expect?
By following this diet strictly, you can lose up to 10 kg in two weeks . If you already have a healthy diet and your intestines are not congested, weight loss may be less.
General rules (applicable as always)
Total ban on soft drinks, packaged sweetened juices and alcohol.
No sugar, no salty “bombs” (salted nuts, pickles).
Forget prepared meals and fast food.
