Only 3 ingredients – and so delicious, you won’t be able to stop eating them!
Ingredients:
400 g milk chocolate (or a mix with dark chocolate)
200 g unsalted roasted peanuts
1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for shine)
Preparation:
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (water bath).
Stir in the coconut oil (if using) and peanuts.
Using two spoons, place small clusters onto a sheet of parchment paper.
Let them cool and set – either at room temperature or in the fridge.
