📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved or sliced

  • 3/4 cup creamy yogurt (Greek, coconut, almond, or any favorite)

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)

  • Toppings (optional but delicious):

    • Granola or chopped nuts

    • Chia seeds or flaxseeds

    • Fresh mint leaves

    • A sprinkle of cinnamon

    • Dark chocolate shavings or cacao nibs


🥣 Instructions:


  1. Prepare the strawberries:

    • Rinse, hull, and slice them.
